In accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016. (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”), we hereby inform you that:

The Data Administrator is committed to protecting your privacy, so please familiarize yourself with how, why and what we process your data.
SCOPE AND METHODS OF DATA COLLECTION
Your data will or may be collected:
1. in order to provide you with current marketing information and ongoing offers regarding our activities upon your voluntary consent in the scope of your e-mail address; date when the consent was given and/or withdrawn and your IP address (we use MailPoet: https://mailpoet.com, https://automattic.com/privacy/).
2. in order to manage cookies, upon your voluntary choice and consent. The Data Administrator uses the cookie technology (i.e. text files, so-called “cookies”) and other similar technologies to record data about user traffic.
You can limit the scope of data processing in this area by selecting options before accessing our website.
We have divided the cookies in three groups:
- essential,
- advertising,
- analytical,
of which the necessary cookie from group 1 will always be processed if the user decides to access our website, as of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, in legitimate interest of the Data Administrator, and the user’s voluntary consent is necessary as stated by separate regulations of law regarding telecommunications, namely by the Polish Act on the provision of electronic services.
The data from groups 2 and 3 can be processed only upon your choice, and under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR – i.e. based on your consent.
At any time, the consent given can be withdrawn by unchecking the consent box. This can be done by clicking on the “Manage cookies” tab in the menu located at the bottom of the page. We keep a record of all the user’s consent concessions as well as their withdrawal.
Why and how do we use cookie?
Tracking cookies allows us to analyze the effectiveness of our advertising and content activities. The tools we use to track user information are: Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google; following Google’s privacy policy: https://www.google.com/intl/pl_pl/policies/technologies/cookies/.
Using the Google Analytics software means that the site places a counting code on each user’s computer to collect data about its users. We would like to inform you that the data is tracked under an agreement with Google Inc. and the user’s IP number is anonymous. You may object to the collection of data by Google Analytics software or by changing your browser settings at any time.
The collected data may also be used for such purposes as: demographic reports, remarketing/retargeting, tracking activity within the website: page scrolling, copying page elements, activity times, and individual page editing events. This data is collected anonymously.

Most browsers allow users to manage cookies in their preference settings. Restricting the sites’ ability to set cookies may impair the overall user experience.
Cookies are used to tailor ad content to your preferences. We also use Google Ads enhanced conversions, which provide encrypted detailed user data to the advertising system.

Voluntarily provided data:
Giving your personal data to us is voluntary, but failure to do so may result in the inability to contact us through our websites or our inability to electronically send you marketing information.
Your personal data may be shared with others, such as:
- external legal or auditing services providers to the Data Administrator, but only within the scope of their relevant authorizations,
- subjects authorized by law.
For how long will your data be processed?
The Data Administrator will process your personal data for a period of time adequate to the purpose for which it serves and in accordance with the consent given, until it is withdrawn, and will store it for the time period required by law or for legitimate interests, including the time necessary for the establishment, defense, or assertion of claims.
What rights do you have?
You have the right to access the content of your data and the right to correct incorrect data, complete incomplete data, delete your data when its storage period required by law expires, limit the processing of data provided to the Data Administrator.
In the case personal data processing based on an expressed consent, you have the right to withdraw the consent at any time, and in the case of data processing based on the legitimate interest of the Data Administrator, you have the right to object to such processing.
You have the right to file a complaint with the supervising authority (in Poland: Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych).
Data processing in third countries:
The Data Administrator transfers your personal data to subjects outside the European Economic Area (countries of the European Union and Iceland, Norway and Liechtenstein), but only after their compliance with the requirements of the GDPR has been confirmed and only to the necessary extent; this may occur when using commonly applicable tools for website maintenance (the scope is described above).
